Services in Covid Pandemic

May 2021 was the deadliest period of pandemic Corona. Medical facilities of Government and private hospitals were falling short and out of reach of common man. Shortage of bed and oxygen was the most pitiable situation. This calamity became the inspiration to find Muslim Shifa Medical Trust. Hence within the formation of trust the very first step was to start free Covid Centre and free OPD centre on 21st May 2021 at Bhuj, which was inaugurated by clerics of different maslaks. The Muslim Education and Welfare Society provided its empty building (schools were closed due to Corona pandemic) where free medical services were provided to needy patients. 40 bed facility was provided where 246 patients were given medical treatment in 90 days. Rs. 5,00,000/- were expended by Muslim Shifa Medical Trust.
